Elmore Construction

I have used John and Nick of Elmore Construction for remodel projects at my home and at my dental office. I appreciated their skill and professionalism. Both projects came out exactly as I wanted and on the promised schedule. Their attention to detail has added value to both my home and office and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest contractor.

I first used Elmore Construction several years ago where my all my windows and doors were replaced. John, with assistance from his son Nick, completed this job on budget, on time with little or no disturbance to me in my daily activities. The job was completed so carefully that there was no need to repair or paint the inside walls. The next job for John was recently where he and his son completed a major kitchen, living room and office remodel. It was also done on time, on budget and even with the disruption of this type of re-model John made it easy. He is on time, answers all questions with a timely response, and it is obvious he knows what he is doing, and except for painting and some dry wall does the work himself with assistance from Nick. So, if you have a question, John has the answer without the need to ask a outside subcontractor. Also, John takes on only one job at a time of this size so he is always there, and the works continues without interruption. Remodeling is not easy on the homeowner, but with John and Nick they make it doable. I recommend his company’s work without reservation.

Two years ago John and Nic built an 8×14 redwood deck for me, with a gate, about 3 feet off the ground. It was strong, sturdy, and every wood piece fitted, parallel and level. I walked out this morning, the sun shining, and sat down with my tea. I realized I could not see one screw, not even in the deck boards, there were no rust spots, the boards were well spaced, heels don’t catch, and the space between boards is clean. The gate has no sag. So thank you, John and Nic, for this beautiful deck.

John and his son Nick are super nice guys. Work was completed quickly and for a fair price. John also hires/recommends quality subs and makes sure the customer is happy with the sub’s work too (we had him install windows and a patio door and then had a sub stucco the front of our house. The sub accidentally pierced our kitchen plumbing when prepping the house and John fixed the plumbing and inside holes and the sub fixed the outside.). They seem to be busy all the time which is a good sign. They also got along with my pets, which is important to me.
